James Gavin Finance is a unique Independent Mortgage Advice company, created to offer clients a different approach to what they may have been used with other Financial Services providers. We put all of our clients first and take great pride in going the extra mile to deliver on our promises to them.

We offer our service on a “Whole of Market” basis, unlike a tied agent, who can only offer products from one company. We have access to a full range of products from the whole market, access to exclusive products and have established excellent business relationships with the lenders and can talk to them about our client’s individual circumstances in order to complete the deal.

This has been the company ethos from inception to advice and this will NEVER change. The standards we set for our customers are in line with how we would want and would expect to be treated ourselves, but we do not encourage any form of “selling”.

We believe that this sales culture and pressure on staff to meet targets is at the detriment to you, the customer and evidenced by the bad press our industry has received in the past. We know that we can’t change the whole industry, however what we can and will do, is treat our customers fairly, with empathy, and most importantly we will listen to you and ascertain your expectations and what you want to achieve.

As a fully privately-owned company. The advice we offer to our customers is completely impartial. When you deal with us, any payment that is made to us by the lender or product provider will be clearly disclosed and shown to you. Our advisors will make all costs in doing any business with us clear to you at the outset and before you make any decision to proceed.

» Appointments to suit you!
We can meet you 7 days a week, at a place and time that suits you, whether it be at your home, place of work or our offices.

» Unique approach
A unique approach is used when we look after our clients, not one member of our team has any form of target to meet (how many bank’s or Estate Agent advisers have this approach?). There isn’t a daily target, weekly sales target, and minimum appointments to meet….no pressure on our advisers to “sell” whatsoever. That’s right….. Absolutely none! We work on behalf of you the customer, at all times.
