A Commitment to go the extra mile
There are many differences that set us apart from our competitors and many reasons you should consider us when thinking about the next chapter in your life. At James Gavin Finance we aim to take the strain on during a time which can be extremely stressful and confusing. We understand time is often of the essence and in a current climate where people are often ‘time poor’ we take the strain. Our commitment to go the extra mile for each of our customers means that we see you at a time that is convenient for you, whether this be during the day, the evening or at the weekend. There is no need to take time away from work or from family time. If you have been declined or turned down for a mortgage or insurance product, we will endeavour to do our best to find you an alternative.
Unlike many of our competitors, not one member of our team has any form of target to meet (how many bank’s or Estate Agent advisers have this approach?) No daily call target, no weekly sales target, no minimum appointments to meet….no pressure on our staff to “sell” whatsoever. We have built the company on this approach to advice and this will NEVER change. We do set standards of how we want our customers to be treated how we would expect to be treated ourselves, but we do not encourage “sales”.
We believe that this sales culture and pressure on staff to meet targets is at the detriment to you, the customer. We know that we can’t change the whole industry, however what we can and will do, is treat our customers fairly, with empathy, and most importantly we will listen to you and ascertain your expectations and what you want to achieve before we give any advice.
